By creating an account or using Apiary Engagement (“Service”) at apiaryengagement.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Apiary Engagement provides convention management software for tabletop gaming events, including tools for badge sales, game scheduling, event registration, seat reservations, and check-in. The Service is offered to convention organizers and attendees.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Organizer Responsibilities

Convention organizers using the Service are responsible for:

• The accuracy of convention information, schedules, and event listings they publish
• Complying with applicable laws, including those related to ticketing and refunds
• Handling attendee data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Ensuring their use of the platform does not violate third-party rights

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The Apiary Engagement platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (convention descriptions, game listings, etc.) and grant us a limited license to display and operate it within the Service.

Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apiary Engagement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
