Convention and event data

Organizers provide convention details (name, dates, venue, schedule, game submissions, badge information) when setting up events on our platform. Attendees provide registration information and game sign-up preferences.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Apiary Engagement platform
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To allow organizers to manage conventions and attendees to register and sign up for games
• To send transactional emails (registration confirmations, schedule updates)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
