Refund, cancellation, and transfer policiesRead before checkout

Refunds

Registration cancellations submitted on or before April 15, 2027 are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees. After April 15, 2027, registrations are no longer eligible for refunds.

Cancellations and transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee through the official Apiary Engagement registration system until May 1, 2027. After May 1, 2027, badge transfers are no longer permitted because attendee information is finalized for badge production and event operations.
