We’re building AE to create opportunities across an ecosystem of independent Events. Event Holders will be able to build on repeatable Event templates rather than starting over each time. Attendees will use Compass to discover Events and experiences, and vendors, partners, and community organizations will be able to discover new opportunities to participate.
Connect
Event Holders will be able to bring their Events together through one organization, share information across years, and build lasting relationships with attendees, vendors, partners, volunteers, and staff.
Individuals will be able to bring their AE activities and personal scheduling commitments together, including Events outside AE.
Give Back
AE’s charitable-giving program is intended to let qualifying Events and Apiary Engagement contribute alongside one another. Program terms and public language remain subject to Product and Legal approval.

We organize and operate Events ourselves. We understand the practical challenges of registration, vendors, programming, schedules, changing plans, and the responsibility of bringing everything together.
Those firsthand experiences influence how AE is designed. Our approach is practical: build tools that make organizing, managing, and reporting easier, because we understand the work involved.
